The store sells products to private individuals of legal age in Europe. All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.

Ordering

Products are ordered in the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and completing payment through the online payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact information requested at the time of ordering will only be used for delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities in it, unless otherwise stated. By placing an order in the online store, you are expected to have read and agreed to the terms of delivery in force at the time.

Order and Payment Confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by email, showing the details of your order. Always check the contents of the confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. When contacting customer service, please have your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products listed in the order confirmation.

Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders.

A withdrawal notice must be made clearly by sending us an email to: info@battery-ace.com.

The right of withdrawal only applies if the returned products are in their original packaging, unused, and properly packed for return shipment.

If the purchase is cancelled, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of the withdrawal notice. The customer must, if necessary, provide proof that the goods have been returned within the deadline, for example with a return receipt. Returns must be made using the return shipping label we provide, which will be sent to you by email upon request.

We will refund the payment you made for the order within 14 business days.
